Rentals

Foothill Community Presbyterian Church offers facility rentals to our neighbors and non-profit businesses for gatherings including classes, events, meetings, and recitals.

Eligibility of for-profit businesses will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

All rentals include access to our beautiful gated courtyard and off-street parking.

Discounts may apply for weekly rentals with a 3-month minimum lease.

Meeting Room Lobby

$75 per hour with a minimum rental of 1 hour. Price assumes less than 36 people.


Multipurpose Room 5

$75 per hour with a minimum rental of 1 hour. Price assumes less than 36 people.


Meeting Room 9

$75 per hour with a minimum rental of 1 hour. Price assumes less than 36 people.


Sanctuary

$140 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
Price assumes less than 126 people.


Multipurpose Room 3

$75 per hour with a minimum rental of 1 hour. Price assumes less than 31 people.


Meeting Room 8

$35 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
Price assumes less than 16 people.


Meeting Room Library

$35 per hour with a minimum rental of 2 hours. Price assumes less than 17 people.


Fellowship Hall Kitchen

$75 per hour with a minimum rental of 1 hour. Price assumes less than 7 people.

$35 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
Price assumes less than 16 people.


2 Room Office Suite

$35 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours.
Price assumes less than 7 people.

This space is offered at a rate of $200 per day for use as a therapy office with a minimum 3-month lease.

Private entrance from parking lot.


Fellowship Hall

$215 per hour with a minimum rental of 4 hours. Price assumes less than 111 people for dining and 201 people for assembly.


Music Lessons

$25 per hour for use of room and piano for 1 teacher and 1 student with a minimum of 1 hour. $35 per hour for 1 teacher and up to 4 students with a 1 hour minimum.
